Own the account. Close the deal.
A Microsoft Security Solutions Partner is seeking a commercially sharp Senior Account Manager / BDM to own key customer relationships and drive new cyber security business across managed services and professional services.

A cyber security company that chose Microsoft — not the other way around.
This Microsoft Security Solutions Partner exists to make cyber safety a reality for enterprise organisations. Their mission is simple: all enterprises live in the digital world, and cyber safety is not a destination — it's a constant, evolving discipline.
With specialisations in Information Protection & Governance, Identity & Access Management, Threat Protection and Cloud Security — they're built around the Microsoft security stack from the ground up.
Preferred access to Microsoft roadmaps and deployment expertise, with FastTrack Deployment vouchers available for customers.
Access to Microsoft Cybersecurity Investment funding to help customers on their journey to Microsoft Sentinel or Purview.
Member of MISA — an invitation-only worldwide group of Microsoft's 300 most proficient security partners.
One of only 20 partners on the Microsoft Security Partner Advisory Council, helping shape Microsoft's security strategy and products.
Own the relationship. Drive the revenue.
You'll step into a portfolio of warm, established accounts and take full ownership of retention and expansion. These are meaningful relationships already in place — you'll deepen trust, widen stakeholder coverage, and grow annual contract value through managed security and transformation work.
This is a role for someone who can sell with credibility and empathy. You'll lead discovery, shape customer thinking around risk, and align solutions to the outcomes that matter. You'll stay accountable from first conversation through to close, and continue to own the customer as relationships mature.
You'll build opportunity via a blend of: partner-led demand (Microsoft / vendor ecosystem), MSP relationships aligned to the seller, marketing + brand-driven activity, and targeted outbound (value-led touchpoints, not spam). You'll be supported — but expected to create, progress and convert pipeline consistently.
The role provides access to existing, well-established customer relationships with significant growth potential. You'll be expected to leverage these to build pipeline, drive expansion, and deliver sustainable, predictable revenue growth. The historic benchmark for this position is an annual ACV target of approximately £1.9m.
You'll sell across two core motions: Managed services / MDR — typically around £20k per month average; and Professional services / transformation — generally ranging £20k–£200k+, depending on scope and complexity. You'll be comfortable landing managed services and expanding into wider programmes and higher-value PS engagements.

A structured, high-performance sales engine.
You'll report into an experienced sales leadership team focused on building a structured, scalable commercial engine. The emphasis is on enabling sellers to spend more time with customers — supported by clear priorities, consistent messaging, and a repeatable go-to-market approach.
Sales operates within a shared pipeline model, where opportunity generation is driven through a combination of marketing activity, partner relationships (including Microsoft and key cyber vendors), MSP alliances, and seller-led engagement. This model is designed to balance support with individual accountability.
The sales team is built around collaboration, accountability, and professionalism. There is an increasing focus on team presence and in-person collaboration (London and Maidenhead) to foster momentum, knowledge sharing, and performance. The environment rewards ownership, contribution, and consistent delivery.

You'll work with customers facing genuine cyber security and risk challenges, delivering managed services and transformation programmes that have tangible business impact. This is a role for professionals who value credibility, substance, and long-term customer outcomes over short-term transactional wins.
The role offers a competitive base salary (£60,000–£80,000) with double OTE, alongside the opportunity to take ownership of significant accounts and revenue targets.
